All of our prayers and well wishes for Teagan have paid off!  He will be off and running  I would love to see his wag his tail!  Can you even imagine a little yorkie without a waggie tail???

WooHoo! Just got off the phone with Teagan's foster mom and he is STANDING!!!!!!
