Brilliant, Sherri. You're really showing some progress! I think they call that "transference." You take all your personal frustrations and rather than bottle them up, you bestow them on someone or something else. I've seen parents tell their kids to hit that bad rock that caused them to trip. Or to yell at a tree before coming in the house to leave their frustrations outside.
