[Honeypaute]

Hello
I introduced myself and my new Yorkie, Cosette earlier today. Coco has lived in a Puppy Mill her entire life. She is new to my family as of Saturday. She has never set foot outside of a cage (until now), not to mention walk on a leash or wear a collar. I bought her a harness which she is comfortable in. But she freezes when the leash is attached. Was hoping someone could give me tips or advice on how to get her moving as I love to walk Tater (my male) on the hiking trails by my house. I have tried enticing with treats as that is one thing I quickly found she loved but that doesn't even work! I am sure it will take a little time, just need some ideas to get started.
