I have owned Yorkies since 1978..and this is the first time since then that we haven't had a dog in the House....I just can't stand it. I am sure my wee Sammie will be looking down on me and will understand why I need another baby to love.
As for a name I am thinking of Chelsey...will that be o.k. for a wee Boy do you think?

I am going through the same thing. I lost Millie a month ago, and my heart is broken. She was only 1, and it seems it was unexpected complications from routine surgery.
We are getting our wee boy in just over 2 weeks time, and he will be 9 weeks. I am searching hard for a name, but nothing seems to suit at the minute. I didnt pick Millies name til I seen her, and it wasnt one I considered, but her registered name was Emily, and I thought Millie suited her.
I look forward to having something to put my heart and energy back into, but a piece of my heart went with Millie.
