a yearly calendar portfolio is how i keep track of information.
I get a health record from my vet to give out with my pups so i just go and get the information and write it out on the vet health record. I even give them info as when the pup opened its eyes, how many and when dew claws were done, position at birth etc. Most new parents love all this info. Some have told me its like i could start my own baby book.
