It does seem like it times them a while. Molly is pretty good about peeing on her pee pad, however, she does not always poop on her pad. I then find her "accidents". Today, she pooped on her pad and I really made a big thing out of it and then gave her a treat of canned food. Hopefully, a few times of that will help reinforce the good behavior.
