They obviously don't know the breed well...she looks completly Yorkie!!
I have a floppy eared girl too....I think it's adorable!! Not sure if you can get her ears to stand up after she's fully grown...I've heard you can only do that while they are still young...
But I wouldn't let it bother you...there will ALWAYS be someone....SOMEWHERE that will say something offensive...you just have to let it go....it's not worth letting it ruin ONE second of your day!!
