You have to remember, the warm nose is an old wives tale. I thought my yorkie was running a fever(she's had allergies). For the last month her nose is always warm and dry, but, when I took her to the vet the other day, no fever, just allergies.
Yes, I agree with the above poster, keep an eye on her weight, as long as she's playing and gaining weight, she should be okay. If she has lost weight, I would get her in to the vet tomorrow and get her checked out.
If nothing else, it will ease your mind
