Long hair is absolutely beautiful, but Cash has a woolly coat that curls on his behind, so although I am trying to grow his hair long, it has been quite a process. I used a show dog supplement, started using conditioner, a placenta spray and silicone and now his coat is great, though it still tangles a lot.
I like it short on his face though, since we play fetch all the time and he gets hurt when you accidentally pull on his muzzle hair and whiskers when trying to take the ball. And since he is a boy, I don't put bows in his hair - he doesn't like them anyway.
June, however, will have long hair all over. I plan on growing her coat since her line has such great coats. But we will have to wait and see how it turns out. All I know is, she is going to be my girly-girl. With pink bows (already ordered them) and dresses, my little girl will be the belle of the ball.
