My key board has a tab that say "Print Scr", I just hit this tab and open Paint and paste. Some photo editing programs also have a "capture screen" option. On Paint shop Pro, it's under "import". There's a free photo editing progam made by Photoscape, that allows you to do a screen capture if you don't have one, it such a useful tool.
