This would be about 1/8th tsp. per oz., since 1 cup is 8 oz. - so if you're feeding just over 3.3 oz per day, then it'd be about 3/8th tsp (or, a scant 1/2 tsp). You could just give a regular 1/2 tsp since the .3 oz puts it just over a straight measure of 3/8th tsp. Or, 1/4 tsp. per meal - if feeding twice a day.
