This is such an excellent point. So often I myself forget that Yorkie's are very "emotional and sensitive". Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
love our addi - I hope your Romeo feels better soon. Id keep his water dish down so he can drink and be monitored to make sure he is doing so. It is not safe to become dehydrated. With loose stools it easily/quickly can happen.
Id monitor him for a day or so and if you see no improvement or his temp isn't right, id call to see his vet.
