Milo has fall allergies, what we wind up doing is he gets a mild cough suppressant, it is a very low dose so he does not seem too loopy I only give it to him as needed. This helps with the attacks for him and my anxiety. I know how difficult it is to deal with this, Call your vet tomorrow and bring her in. If it gets totally out of control today or you think you can't handle it take her to the ER and they can prescribe something. Good Luck
