Ok ladies, I went looking for either Cowboy Magic or Mane & Tail conditioner. At the first farm store I found CM. Bought CM concentrated detangler and shine. Next store I found MT - same detangler. I didn't buy any since I'd already purchased CM.
Brought it home and read the directions. Wet OR Dry. Hmmm this could be good.
Grabbed up Lexy. She matts so bad right down close to the skin. It usually takes a couple of hours to brush her out without hurting her. Even combing absolutely everyday, there are still matts and it is painful for her.
Started putting this stuff on and brushing. Wow! This stuff WORKS!! Within 15 minutes she was beautiful. The hair felt and looked like it does when I take her to the groomer. This is FANTASTIC! I'd bet that Mane & Tale works the same. And most importantly, it is so much less painful for Lexy.
Check the farm stores - it's with the horse stuff.
But, it sure works on my little "horse."

I found it at Stillwater Miller in Claremore, Oklahoma. I don't know if that store is anywhere else or not. But, at Atwoods I found the MT detangler.
