I was there as well. The one that got DQ'd that was lighter was one that was turning very light. On Thursday for the specialty that dog was also junior handled. The other dog that got DQ'd was just still young and really should not have been DQ'd but the first one definitely should have. I am super excited because i just got my first show dog and will be start showing very limited in a couple of months. Next February will be our first big show, hopefully all goes well. I will be going to Oklahoma for the specialty in May to help run an information clinic about testing on Yorkie before breeding, because it needs to start happening. I have been blessed with the most wonderful mentor ever and we live in the same town which is awesome she is always there, and has offered so much too me. |
