I am sooo very happy for all of you, having been home the last 8 months fighting cervical cancer I understand exactly why Kevens mom wanted a dog, I cant tell you all how special Laci is to me, I love her more then anything, I only wish I had had her when I was going through chemo.. I was soo sick and just laid on my couch ( im still there alot of the days) !! God bless the woman who offered her dog to this mom and daughter, you are one of her angels.. I know it probally sounds crazy but I too came to this board and asked where I could find a dog that needed to be rehomed or a retired breeding dog, I didnt want a puppy because some days your body wont co-operate with your mind but I am so happy with Laci.
Im sure everyone made this lady a very very happy person and now she has a companion to lay with her when she is sick and to be her friend..
