There isnt anything wrong I think in breeding a small male so you shouldnt be insulted. It is according to all good breeders wrong to breed a tiny female. This person is constantly promoting these small dogs that come from a tiny breeding and people are gonna have something to say about that sorry but thats just the way it goes.
