If you mean the Continental Kennel Club, they will register anything including mixed breeds, I think you may be referring to the AKC or the legitimate Canadian Kennel (CKC) club who will not register biewers. There are various breed clubs and registries for Biewers, I would be a little suspicious of one registered with the CKC though, since it means nothing. Biewers are extreemly popular, and poor breeders, are taking advantage of that fact.
