I am sorry about Sophie. I had a puppy that had congenital kidney failure and one reason she wouldn't eat was the vet said the disease made her nauseaus. Are they giving her something for the nausea besides the Tagmet? I had Dixie seen by a nephrologist who said he had a lot of success with older dogs and kidney failure, many lived years with the meds and fluids. Maybe you could see if there is a kidney specialist in your area. I will keep her in my prayers |
