I am so sorry you are going through this with your little Sophie. My little Cocoa is having trouble with digestive enzyme that the pancreas produces. I have to feed her moderate protein without carbs. Right now I'm switching to EVO. I'm grasping at straws because I know nothing. You do have the net so maybe you can do research like I've had to since my vet and the specialist weren't any help.
