I didn't attack anyone, I also kept my mouth shut on other aspects of this ad, since they have been discussed already several times lately.
I don't know if the person breeding such small dogs knows there are risks or not- but I do know that there are many good breeders, who have the knowledge and links to provide this person with the information if they didn't know.
