I hope Tobie is faring better today.
So sorry you have to go through this with your boy. I'm sure it's stressful and hard on your wallet but you've been a good mommy to have taken him in to get it removed and tested. That just shows how worried you must have been and still are!
Hope Tobie was only nauseous from being kept with an empty stomach at the vet's. Maybe it was part nerves too. So he should stop worrying his mommy soon! *hugs*
