I have a 15 month old as well, and Oscar (my 20 month old Yorkie) is excellent with him and visa versa. The important thing is to teach all of your children to be gentle with the dog. This is easier with your older kids, but will take some time with your youngest. The key is consistency. Once my son was old enough to pull fur, ears, tail, etc, we would tell him, "No" and then show him how to "do nice" to Oscar. Now he is very good with Oscar, he pets him and hugs him and is never rough.
You also have to teach your Yorkie how to properly interact with small children. Yorkies are very excitable, so it's important for the puppy to learn early own that he or she should not jump on, nip, etc.
