I ban Mike for dragging Miss Manners into the banning thread knowing full well she would be subject to criticism. Even worse is the fact that you consider yourself in such high regard as the Pope. It is past time for you to take a slide down Turd Mountain for a reality check. I suggest not stopping on your descent to smell the roses but rather take a whiff of yourself at the bottom .
