i am not a yorkie breeder, but i noticed no one else has responded so far so i'll add my two cents and hopefully others will follow. You may also want to post this in the breeders section.
I worked in shelters and animal hospitals before. When we had puppies in the shelter that needed to be weaned we would use puppy milk and wet puppy food for a while. then would upgrade to a wet food, dry food, and water stew, if you will.
