I have a friend who lives alone and is in her late 50s. She has cared for a very ill mother for many years and her mother recently passed away. This friend loves my yorkies and is interested in getting a yorkie (or maybe two) that is a young adult, 3-5 pounds, would be cuddly (I think she wants a lap dog) and preferably house broken. I know this woman well and she would be a very good owner. And I get to doggie sit if she goes out of town!!
If anyone knows of a loving pet that might be a good fit for her, please let me know. We live in Louisiana. I will be flying to Detroit at the end of the month if that helps.
