You have to take time to go to the breeders home and see the puppies. That is the way to protect your self. You would not buy a car unseen or not test drive it. If you do I have some land to sell you.
I am not saying you should not be upset but just learn that over the net is not the way to pay a puppy unless you know the person, yourself. It is BBW when you buy over the net or meet a breeder somewhere and did not take time to drive and find a puppy yourself. I sorry this happen to you, but maybe you have learned, for the next time. I am not the person to be getting up set at. I am a breeder, I raise yorkies and maltese, I don't ship any of my puppies, I don't sell to pet stores, and I never met anyone with a puppy. They come to my house and they can see I have very health puppies. And they can see my kennel, and that my dogs don't live in cages, that they are very well taken care of. This way when they leave my house with a puppy they know they have a health puppy. |
