yeah they do need to get vaccinated once a year and I heard the dog insurance is more expensive than what u normally pay at the vet its like 400 dollers a month that is more than a cell phone bill or a cable bill I think that is nuts but maybe there are cheaper ones I am not sure u have to check with ur vet which insurance they approve
