Duke plays with my 4 yo nephew and 2 yo niece very well. Even though he only sees them on the weekends, all 3 of them get along. The kids used to be scared of Duke as he was a puppy when they all met and Duke was teething too, so I had to be careful he wouldn't hurt the kids but now, I'm more careful so that the kids wouldn't hurt Duke while trying to play with him. I think that once they are used to one another, they'll be fine. My niece was only 6 months old when I got Duke and she has gotten used to him. Duke loves to chase the kids around the house and the kids love to run so it works out.
