 Yorkies and Children
I am new to the site, though, I am obsessed with it--I am on it several times a day!! I haven't gotten my Yorkie yet but plan to in the next week or so. My concern is that I have four children, ages 15 mos, 4 years, 7 years, and 10 years and I have heard a lot that Yorkies are not good with kids. The Yorkie that I am looking to adopt is a puppy and the breeder has kids, so she is used to being in a house with kids, but my breeder's youngest child is 7, not 15 mos. I figured that if I got the Yorkie as a young puppy, and he grew up with my kiddos, then, he will be fine. Have any of you had any positive experiences with Yorkies and kids? Any advice?
