"YES. there are dogs everywhere. people have them on leashes and in backpacks and in the dog bags. they also leash them up outside. they also had their dogs playing in the fountains today. and cody SWEARS that he saw a cat with a hat on. LOL. ***then he just said "or maybe it was a ferret...""
