On that link I gave you, there some pics of nail issues (bad ones, too) - in fact, you could also click on "Before/After Pics" and you'll see some nail pictures w/ names too. Might help.

As far as size, I did just have to do a regimen of oral Diflucan for Marcel - and he is only 3 lbs; we did have to call it in to a compounding pharmacy, but that's common for a lot of dog drugs.
