For all that aren't aware, Yorkies are infamous for not wanting to poop in front of others. So, with that in mind, the wee wee pad has to be concealed...real easy for apartment living....
Mine used to pee pee on the pad, get a treat, and then poop under the couch end table. One day, I'm having my coffee, watching TV and smelling something FOUL!!! Well, low and behold, under the end table just to my right, there layed one of Lilly's tootsie rolls. We started going outside after that. They don't stay as clean, but it certainly eliminates the "close but no cigar" moments, like when they place their front paws on the pad and then proceed to wee off the side....
