What kind of soil did you use? They might have stopped growing because they either outgrew the pot (roots coming out bottom) or have too much water. (Keep the soil consistency like chocolate cake) Did you use any fertilizer or prefertilized soil? That can burn up little plants. Also, how is the lighting? I found the best way is to use a fluorescent shop light above them.
