Question specific gravity high-should i be concerned

i took sammy to the vet in nov of 2008 and i had his urine tested. they said it was fine, but when i took him back a couple of weeks ago for his loose front teeth i asked them for a copy of his urine report.
everything to me looks normal, except for his specific gravity which it states is high.
the normal range is 1.015-1.050
his was 1.055
it does not seem much higher than the normal range, but i am a little concerned because in the past couple of weeks i noticed every now and then he pees a normal pee , then squats again and either nothing comes out or a drop comes out.
should i be concerned about this or is there anything i can give him to help this.
thanks all you guys for all your help
