its partly because they are rubbing their scent on whatever it is they are rolling on, and its partly because they are rubbing the scent of whatever they are rolling on on them.
when morgan does it i'll sometimes find something, but usually i don't see anything. i figure it's dried pee or some other animal scent. i try not to think about it LOL
