I feed my dogs a homecooked diet and one of the ingredients is greenbeans. I buy the frozen, steam them, and then puree them in the blender before I mix with the other ingredients. Dogs don't digest veggies and fruits that well so steaming and pureeing helps the digestion process. I recently read on our nutritionist's blog that green beans aid in detoxification. I've given Rylie a couple frozen green beans as treats before...Lacy wouldn't eat them
