[Oscar's Mom]

I was looking at Oscar's teeth last night. His upper adult teeth have all come in...one problem...all of his baby teeth are still there too! He has two rows of top teeth...looks like a shark!!! LOL This is not the canines...it is the front teeth...Is this common...will the baby teeth come out by themselves or do I need to have them removed? He looks so funny, but he does not seem to care...more teeth to bite me with, I guess!
