The guy I got my male from made several trips to the vet when he didn't have to.....sometimes the people that don't know as much are honest at least and won't lie just to sell you a crap puppy....the guy even though unexperienced and only tried the whole breeding thing cuz he had a male and female, I was better off with because at least I have one Yorkie I know is really a Yorkie.... |
I totally agree. Sometimes the inexperienced breeders are more honest. Missy came from a breeder that never had a litter before. This was her first time breeding. She just had a pretty female and a handsome male, so she let them have puppies. Not necessarily "responsible" breeding, she didn't do any testing or what not BUT she was honest and told me that. Missy has been an absolute gem and I am still in contact with the breeder. We share pictures all the time. She is very honest, and if I ask her a question that she doesn't know the answer to she won't just make it up. Also, she didn't push to sell me a puppy AT ALL.
I can't wait to hear the results of the test. I will be keeping an eye on your thread.
