I'm sorry about your little guy. My Pia was vomitting yellow foam every morning for four days in a row. However, she was not acting sick at all. Today was the first day she didn't vomit. Pia does NOT have a sensitive belly so I found this very strange. She seems to be compeletly back to normal now and I hope it stays that way. I hope your little guy is back to himself very soon.
