Thank goodness, Tinker had some good people to give her the help she need it. I can only hope that she gets the home she deserves. I shiver to think if she only got a so so home, she deserves a Palace!!!! This is so sad.
It breaks my heart to hear of these stories, to just throw a dog away it kills me..
Or any animal....
