You know . . . I don't really know. I DO ship to Canada, but I have real-time rate calculators on my website which calculates shipping through the carrier, so I have no manual control of fees. It's not going to be $20 though.
If you place items in your cart and begin checkout, you'll be shown all available shipping options to Canada with the costs.
