Oh man, that's scary! Luckily, with Jackson, he's not a "darter." He won't just RUN out the door under my feet or anything. He usually looks up at me first to see what I'm gonna do, lol. And most of the time if I am walking out front or outside for something, I just say "come on" and he comes out with me unleashed and unfenced and doesn't go far.
But we used to have a Golden Retriever that would just RUN outside and I remember she was missing for 2 days and finally just found her way home... it was scary! |
