My little P does this sometimes also. I think she's cold. I really don't know what it is. I usually just put her in a blanket or something. It stops, then she falls asleep. Just every once in a while she does it. It really could be that she is just a little anxious or something. I wish they could talk sometimes. don't you? Let me know what your vet says. I bring her in May for her 1yr check up. i will ask then.
