Default Puppy Baths?

Ok I did a search about this and all the conflicting info has me confused! I read several people that don't giving young puppies baths at all because they could get chilled. Others give regular baths after 8 weeks or so.

I picked up Bailey from the breeder at 10 weeks. She had already had at least 2 baths there. The breeder told me to give her a bath every 3 days. I've had her almost 3 weeks and have only given her 2 baths, so I'm doing more like weekly, but now I'm wondering if it's ok?

She'll be 13 weeks tomorrow. I bathe her in the sink by pouring warm water on her with a cup. I have her sit on a washrag so she's not on the cold sink. She does shake the whole time, but I know it's partly because she's scared. I live in Southern California and the house is always between 65-75. I do the bath very quickly and then wrap her up in a towel. I try to blowdry her a little, but she gets more scared and shakes more, so I usually just hold her in the towel while she dries.

Is what I'm doing fine? Can I continue to give her baths but just do something differently? Or should I stop? I was just going to give her a bath today but now I'm not sure...
