NORMAN, on the other hand, starts getting excited the minute he sees me getting me dressed. He wants to GO. I take him with me everywhere I can, but sometimes (like right now) I need to go to the grocery store, or some other place that won't let him in and he has to stay home.
So I am sitting here typing this, waiting for him to calm down a little bit so my leaving won't be such a big deal. Otherwise he will sit at the door and cry/howl so loud I can hear him all the way out in the driveway. It just KILLS me when he does that. I'm beginning to think BOTH of us suffer from sep anxiety. *sigh* |
I sooooo hear you on this one! Both my boys and I suffer separation anxiety big time. When I leave they howl soooo loud! I feel horrible and I hate going anywhere without them but I have to go to work. I especially HATE when I have to go home from work and then have to leave to run back out 10 mins later, they howl soooo loud and the looks are soooooooo sad it breaks my heart!
