My little girl just had Luxating Patella surgery and is currently recovering - she was in alot of pain before her surgery as well. I pray that this isn't what your baby has

P.S. - Have you already given him a full dose of Metacam today? You are only supposed to give Metacam once daily. Just thought I would let you know
