I'd probably retest in a month.
A U/S would be fine but since they are only 60-80% accurate it may be a waste of money. Scint. is great but those numbers are really low to put that kind of money into this. You could just talk to an internist and see what they say but I've found that more of them overdue U/S and think they will be able to see a shunt...
