lol that happens to my friend mother's dog's they are stub burn on concreate but i try to observe things that i watch or read and i seen on some show i forgot the name i think its called its me or the dog and the lady put wee wee pads outside cuz the dog would do accidents inside and she give him cheese or whatever treat she had but the owners had to keep up with it unless he wouldnt continue to do it and it seemed that part of the progress became natural and as soon as u take the paper away after a certain amount of time they get use to it i honestly think some dogs are embarrassed to poo and pee in public lol
