I can relate to this. Roxie follows me all over the place knowing I'm getting ready to go. When I get to the door she'll either dart out at my feet in order to make it before the door closes or sit and just give me the stare. You know the one? The eyes pleading to go too. When she really can't go I have to be firm and tell her stay. As soon as I shut the door she sulks back to my room and lays down and sleeps till I come back. Or sit at the front door staring out the side window. Last week DH and I had errands to run. We were in the truck and he decided she was coming. So he came back into the house and got her. What a happy baby! She's been extra extra lovey with him ever since. It made me look bad I think since I was the one who told she had to stay and shut the door lol!!
